Line/Pawa/Chamber

In the brick kiln business, bricks are arranged in various shapes and sizes called "lines" or "Pawa types" inside or around the kiln.

Kachi Bhari

The process of filling kachi bricks or tiles in the kiln or in Stock.

Daily

“Daily “is a document that a supervisor fills out to record the number of bricks made by workers each day.

Round /Gher/Chakker

Raw bricks are placed in rows inside a kiln. When the circle meets the starting point, it's called a "Gher/Round/Chakker"

Kharaba/Gaal/Wastage

refers to the total number of bricks or tiles that are ruined or wasted due to rain or other causes.

Nakashi

“Nakashi”is the process of removing baked bricks or tiles from the kiln.

Final/Finished Product

The "Final/Finished Product" in a brick kiln refers to the baked bricks that are ready for use or sale.

Phukayee/Jalayee

"Phukayee/Jalayee" is the daily process of brick brick-making.

Stack (Chakka or Chatha)

"Stack (Chakka or Chatha)" is where bricks are stored after the Nikasi process.
